The improvement of human resources is a basic needs which must be strived. Particularly in globalization era, where boundary between regions become to impersonate and emulation in various areas progressively competitive, It is needed sophisticatedly of reliable human resources and technology. One of the effort of accomplishment of human resources is by conducting education. With the increasing of quality of education, it is expected that the quality of society will also increase generally. Various efforts in order to upgrade national education quality have been conducted, i.e. with eradication of illiterates and Compulasary education 9 year. At Vocational High School level has been conducted education with double system to introduce Vocational High School students with working opportunities which will be faced after them graduate. Government of Regency of Garut in this case has strived as maximum as possible for executing of programs. The improvement of the quality of education strived by government, get warm welcome from society with increasing the awareness for the importance meaning of education for their children?s future. Besides that, effort of society it self in accomplishment of education i.e. by founding various education institutes either in general or in religious form.
