The policy of development in every sectors is always addressed to the importance of public society/population. Therefore domographic data is one of the elementary key which play a very important in making policy of development. Thereby demographic data which is actual and accurate occupy an important sequence enough. Database of population by age group holds a very important role in determining the target groups and beneficiaries of development policies. For example it can be calculated the number of labor force, dependency ratio of productivity, the level of fertility through the ratio of maternal and child (child woman ratio), etc.
